Nugget Wrapper

I am looking for a templet for the nugget wrapper...

There are 2 nuggets on top of each other, open on either side, wrapped with Card Stock.

Thanks everyone for the help. I guess I'll try it. I was thinking $3 a card or 4 for $10 and also making some boxes and little post-it notes. Any other quick easy projects?
