Help! Level 2 Hostess Set

I have been offered the Level 2 HostessSet Little Layers Plus for 21.00 shipping included. Is this a good deal? Do you think this set will be in the new catalog & if so how much?

I saw that link as well. The charm bracelet I saw at the LSS was more elaborate though. It looked like it was dangling on a premade bracelet attached maybe by jump rings. It had maybe 10-15 bottle...
