Question Need Help

I am making a card and using white pigment ink. on top of that I sprinkled white glitter on it. after the ink dried the glitter keeps comming off. Any idea what I can use to keep it on....:confused:

Its a post bound (3). It also has a VERY thick cover. I'm leaning towards getting a 3 ring one though. Seems a little easier to add and remove pages.
