There is a square coluzzle template that you can use. I am sure you can use a square punch as well, but I tend to prefer the coluzzle. Another way to make a shaker- if you have a stamp that is...

i have been trying as well and have been having a problem. the website has been pretty slow actually all around. i could stamp out a card in the time i wait around to move from topic to forum, etc....

magnets

I found very flat "sheets" of magnets with adhesive backing at Michaels and extremely cheap. They are so thin that they can be cut with a regular scissor into any shape or size you desire.
