Wood look paper?

I have been looking for a wood grain look pattern paper or cardstock. Can anyone help me find this? It is for my son's wedding.

Stamping on labels

I'm trying to find a resource that shows stamping on the little rectangle self stick labels, which afterward you place each label on cardstock and it looks like a mosaic.

How far do I need to push them into the ridges to stick on the block? I think that is where I'm having trouble, it looks waving from the side.
