I have the Tonic 12x6 inch base guillotine paper cutter. It is self sharpening and very long lasting. I know they sell these on Amazon, but you should shop around for the best price.

Clear bags order numbers are B54NF for no flap and B54 for bags with a flap. The no flap holds a standard A-2 card with an envelope and the is more like an envelope.
