I use SU CS too and I have been happy with it. I use a different white for my Copic markers and do not use the SU black stamp pad since it's too purple. I use Memento black or Palette Noir.

I keep mine by color in rainbow order. It's just easier for me to look in one place for all the reds, oranges etc I have. My classic stamp pads organized this way too.
