Have have done this several times and have luck with it....I know that you can get several colors of UTEE, so make sure you have the clear....here is what I do. The only thing I can say is double...

I tried this yesterday and got the TP to dissolve around the outer edges, but then in between the lines, it didn't...

I let it soak over night and this morning was still the same...so a dabbed it...

I am a Mac user and can't have "Design Studio" as they don't have it for Mac users as of yet....:(
