I find the trick is to go over and over smoothing out the edges. Also, with versamark make sure that it's truly dry before going over it.

I'll just do it all at once and then leave it overnite before doing anything else. I do have lots of time for before it's due to be mailed.

I use a hard surface and press all over the stamp, making sure that I press hard in the middle. Some people use the 'butt stamp' method :twisted: , I believe it involves sitting on the stamp.
