Dimensions of Layers

Does anyone know where I can find dimensions of all the different layers on cards? Big layers and small layers. Not sure if I am explaining myself correctly. I need some help with measurements...

Is there such a thing as a cheat sheet for all of the dimensions for layering a 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 cards? Say you want to have two or three layers are there dimensions somewhere for those layers? And...

I thought it was me. It is a definate thumbs down for MS stamps. Bought the gingerbread set at Christmas and was soooooo disapointed.
