I ended up just making a 2-5-7-10 box and cutting the top flap off. I used the Stitched Exotics set for the swirly part along the bottom. The chocolates are the Choxie brand chocolates from Target....

Need help making the box from front cover of 2008 Stampin' Up catalog

Has anyone done this before? I have all of the supplies, and I want to make a couple of these for Mother's Day, but can't figure out which kind of chocolates they used. Any ideas? Also, any templates...
