Pasta dough: 2 1/4 cups semolina flour 1/3...

Pasta dough:
2 1/4 cups semolina flour
1/3 cup water
2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Knead to make a firm dough. Wrap in plastiv and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour before rolling and cutting....
