Thank you for your help. The book that came with the machine is rubbish. It tries to use pictures to explain everything but the pictures are almost impossible to see (small and dark)....

Sometimes you have to click on the stamp...

Sometimes you have to click on the stamp (especially the freebies) and then right click, save as..... other wise it is just a smaller picture that doesn't increase in size well.

I have this problem with the cheaper clear stamps too. I found using an inexpensive foam placement (available at the Dollar store or Walmart) can help get better images.
