I was able to find the 2nd one on Amazon but in the questions answered it says it is only 5 volts... cord says it needs to be 12.5 v ??? Have you ordered and if so did it work??

I know this is a really old thread but I picked one of these up at Ollie's today for 1.99 and the refills were .59!!! For that price I had to try it!!! Has anyone used these??
