Are you sure you are not talking about Spectrum Noir markers? I don't know that Copic has ever changed it's labeling. I have had mine for 5 years. But there is an EB2 in the Spectrum Noir set.

Another thing that makes a difference is your clear cutting plates. If they are really beat up, the intricate low profile dies will not cut as well. A tip for the fancy dies is to dry emboss first...
