BOO HOO HOO...I have one more picture to print out and I ran out of ink...hopefully I'll get to it before VSBN :-( Other than that I have my pictures and my plans ready! I'm hoping to get at least one page from last week's mini done tonight...

Hey ladies! I am back (sort of) after a very long move from Japan back to the US and then to England ;) I don't have Internet in my house yet and probably won't until the end of February, so I'm borrowing Liz's. Anyway, no Internet should give me plenty of time to work on my scrapbooks now that I have my scrappy space back! My goal for this month is 10 pages, so we'll see how it goes since I haven't scrapped in at least 6 months. Looking forward to getting back in the swing of things!

For those of you that might use Artscow, I was going thru a blog on the site that Wendy posted and found this on one of them. It has to do with getting 1200 free prints at Artscow to be used over 12 months and the coupon says it expires on Feb 6. So I think i've got the correct page linked to the below blog that had the info on it. I don't do anything with artscow but thought some of you might be interested.
Something attacked my body yesterday and I'm completely wiped out. I'm hoping to feel better later today so I can finish up my photo page planning for VSBN this weekend. I haven't gotten last weekends completed and want to at least start them today after some vacuuming (that darn housework always gets in the way). Anyone else around today scrapping?
This happened to me last week during the mini! I hope you feel better. I will be participating during the week when my DD is in school and my husband is at work!

I have never heard of the December Daily album...will have to look into it! Do you have pics in your gallery??
I have pictures of 1 December daily album in my gallery, but not last years (I left it at my parents house b/c the movers would have wrecked it). I have taken pictures of this years, but I haven't uploaded them yet.

Good Morning Ladies! Four hours and 15 minutes to VSBN! I hope I can start on time, DD1 has a hair appointment and I'm hoping to get out to buy a print cartridge so I finish up with that last photo. I didn't get to scrap last night as planned :-( DD2 had a Youth Meeting in the new building and twice as many kiddo's showed up; the Youth Ministry Leader was by herself so I offered to stay...gotta say that middle schoolers are not my favorite age group but they were really very good (but loud!).

MP - I figure any night you get TWICE as many kiddos to show up for youth group - it's a good thing. It's great that you were willing to help with crowd control!
Well the new building (it's a portable really but on our property now) has furniture, air hockey table, pool table, wii (which they were crazy dancing...fun!!), and ping pong table plus board & card games...wish there was one for the adults ;-) I think they all brought friends to check it out. DD1's hair appointment got rescheduled so I got out to get the ink I needed and got my final photo printed.
Only 15 minutes to VSBN...off to get lunch and make some ice tea...
Here is my first page for the month thanks to VSBN. I am still experimentiing with PSE9 and just can't seem to make things work the way I think they should. I thought there was a way to change the size of the pattern because I wanted a larger pattern but I couldn't find an option anywhere to change it...oh well!
And here's the second page! DGS helped - he liked the combo of cranberry and lime so it's on there! Not the idea that I started with though! And I've got to go back in and edit the PSD layout...I just noticed I typed 2010 instead of 2009! Such a wonderful thing..this digi!
I did add some embellishments but it still looks a little bare. Will have to go through my digi files and see if anything jumps out at me. With my old microsoft program, I could see a picture of each file but with Windows 7 I don't know how to set it up yet to see the pictures instead of the folders.
I don't think you can read the journaling very well, but it is about my granddaughter and I having tea, pretend when she was very small, and then the real thing when she got a little bigger!
Here is last page that I did last night for VSBN. I Love Paris.I completed 5 pages (my Feb goal!) last night and 4 challenges. I got a late start.
Now, church, hospital, dinner. Don't know when I will get to get back on! Have fun!

Just checking up on e-mail and stuff while DD1 is getting ready for school. It's so rare that I'm one of the latter ones here so there hasn't been much chatting since I left :-) Today I volunteer with my little first grader in reading, need to exercise, then food shopping list...starting to work my way back to the no process eating again (though I'm not a 'cold turkey' kinda gal). I wanted to get a photo of DD1s HS but don't think the weather is going to cooperate according to the news. I need to get caught up on some housework then back to work on some of the fun challenges! ps. I like VSBN in the beginning of the month, good way to start the month on a high note!
