My MISTI was crucial in the making of this sympathy card. Was able to stamp the meadow landscape on the heart and the background and get the placement just right for seamless transition.

I thought I'd show you what you can do with the Misti & the new Water Media Mat! ;) Mirrored Stamping! LOVE IT!!!! I think I need a bit more practice, but I think it WONDERFUL I won't have to buy another stamp! LOL

I could not have created this without the MISTI! It was tricky getting the sentiments straight or curved on the lines!

I used my MISTI to stamp an entire set of sentiments with a single inking. Then I used my Cut-Align to cut them all apart and fill and envelope with sentiments that are now ready to grab and go.

Wow Stef, that is super smart! Sentiments always take the most time!!! I purchased one of those knives so that I would have it when my cut-align came in and I don't know what I DID with it! I have recently done a bit of a remodel in my art space! Sigh!

Absolutely LOVING the Mini MISTI! It's so lightweight!!! I used the Cut-Align for the sentiment strips! So much fun to cut tiny sentiments straight!

I used my Misti to create my August Misti challenge card. Here's a picture of my card panel in my Mini Misti:

I don't have an "in progress" picture of this technique, but it cannot be done without a MISTI.


Stamped this Penny Black image...on watercolor paper...with archival inks...just a little bit at a time. Many layers of inks with some color variations in different parts of the stamp.

Then stamped the finished image with Versamark over the archival inks and clear embossed. This protects the image from the watercolor wash that is done over the top of it.

Actually, I use my MISTI for almost everything that I stamp. But some things are impossible to do without it. This is one.

You can do large WALL ART pieces with your Memory Misti! (As recommended by Kathy Rocoosin on The Daily Marker) I DID & LOVE how it came out!

Her last challenge was September here at SCS.  She will be moving it to FB with her first posting on Monday.  She posted this yesterday.

I love my MISTI and use it on every card!  Totally worth the investment.

I am in agreement with you.  I didn't follow these challenges when they first started, but found them a little over a year ago.  I have won 2 times!  I gave one to my daughter who is totally in love with it, and I have one sitting here for my nieces.  I hope to get it to them soon then they will learn to use it and love it.  I will miss the challenges here for the MISTI.
