Thank goodness I have a MISTI because I forgot how hard it is to stamp a silhouette image onto very dimpled water colour paper. This fairy looked like she had measles for the first 5 stampings. I kept changing brands and types of ink, the final layer is Distress Ink.
The little bird, fairy and wing are three seperate stamps...ahhhh the magic of MISTI.

These projects are awesome ladies. Maybe I need a misti!
Oh ... you DO need one. I haven't had photo upload/edit capabilities for a long time ... but just trust my words in lieu of photo proof. I wouldn't lead you astray. ;)
I definitely needed mine. I love it already and have only used it once. I received it right before vacation, but now that I am home, I intend to use it a lot more.
The MISTI has made it possible for me to stamp die cuts again. I used to get so frustrated when things wouldn't line up that I stopped using all my cute PTI dies for a while. But now...

Thanks so much, Lydia! Using the MISTI, I could do the bouquets assembly-line style too, so I did all four in the same stamp-fest. It took a while, but worth it in the end.

That's the other thing - I do find I make (and mail) more multiples now just because it's easy.
Are these in your gallery here? I'd love to feature them on the SCS FB page
I bought my MISTI in August and put it to work right away. I was preparing for a craft/vendor fair which happened yesterday. I'm excited to share with you my projects but I still have to have another comment before I can post photos.

Those are great! The color combos are awesome. So glad that you are enjoying stamping.
I know everyone here knows that the MISTI is really amazing! But I just wanted to say, 'Yay! It's really incredible!' I bought mine in August and put it to work right away. I used it for perfect alignment and multiple cards. Can you see the small rose stamp in the first picture? There was only 1 stamp and I had to stamp it on the blank stems. Then there's the butterfly, the roses on the butterfly and the leaves. I did everything with the MISTI and it turned out beautiful!
I would have had to change sentiments or add a layer if I hadn't been able to stamp 4-5 times to get the sentiment dark enough on my tags. Joyful Poinsettias Joyful Wishes
I also used the MISTI to mask and stamp the leaves with the poinsettias! These are large tags and I'm thinking of adding envelopes to the backs to turn them into gift card tags!

Here's my latest card using the MISTI (for one of the VSN challenges); it's quite possibly my favorite card:

This was my favorite project with the MISTI thus far. The swallowtail was attached to the lid and the background brushstrokes stamp was placed where my cardstock normally would go to complete the kissing technique. Once swallowtail was "rainbowed" up, I stamped the image onto cardstock (I actually kissed and stamped twice). Then I inked up the swallowtail's outline in black so I could heat emboss... the outline also took two attempts until I was satisfied with it. I never would have attempted this without the MISTI! Thank you, Lydia... I'm a huge fan of yours so I'm extremely flattered by your comment! I'm a hobby demo under Mary Fish and my Swallowtail appeared on her 4/24/16 Sunday picks and her FB page. She had a few requests for a tutorial and, since I don't have a blog, I created it as a freebie for her to post. Here's the link on her blog if anyone is interested. http://stampinpretty.com/wp-content/...l-Tutorial.pdf

This is my most recent card done with my MISTI ~ Since I got it, I don't think there's been a card I've made without it. Came in VERY handy when making multiples of Christmas and Birthday cards ~ Wished I had gotten it sooner (when Lydia first started enabling everyone lol) THANK YOU LYDIA! And THANK YOU Iliana for creating such an AMAZING tool! //www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2724926?&cat=500&ppuser=93194
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
