I hope all of you that celebrate Labor Day, had a great holiday! We celebrated our 50th Anniversary on the 3rd. 50 years ago the 3rd was on a Saturday and Labor Day on Monday. We went back to where we had our honeymoon and did some of the same things again. Just a week-end get-a-way. Our children had a get together for us in May. Some day I might get all of this scrapped! LOL
We are going to celebrate another anniversary! Three years ago this month, Lela began the Scraplift Challenge! How quickly time passes!
Here is the first Scraplift Challenge: here
This month's Scraplift will be the same: I will sign up , whoever signs up next will scraplift me. The third person will scraplift the second person. In other words, you will scraplift whoever is above you on the list. I will put you on the list as you sign up. We will sign up until the 15th. Then I will scraplift the last person. So lets start signing up now!
Clarification of "How To Participate." #1. Sign up for this challenge. #2. See who is in the sign up list ahead of you. #3. Go to that person's gallery and choose a LAYOUT to lift. #4. Post your layout Please make sure you use KEYWORD: SCRAP16sep
Remember, in your description to tell who you scraplifted.
Also if you want it in the Goals gallery use that keyword, too: sbc16sep
I will post a link to the gallery after the first person is there.
Remember a Scraplift is the following , a quote from Lela: A scraplift is when you find a page or pages by someone else in the gallery that inspire you. You could choose to use the same colors same layout, same embellishments ... It does not have to be exact but it should be easy to see what was similar.
Celebrating two anniversaries ... Happy 50th Sharon and the 3rd anniversary of the Scraplift Challenge. Going to start mine tonight ... trying to catch up on these baby albums and you all have been so inspiring!

Sometimes pages just come together easily and this one, using the scraplift was one of them. I wasn't exactly sure who I was scraplifting from so I lifted a page from CPayette and TrishG (LOL!) It brought my pages together quick and cute

Hey Michele, I did a page from your gallery (bet you can guess which one - lol) last night, just have to add the words and photograph it! I'm sure I'll be doing another from your gallery this month, btw.

Excited to see which one! I got Sharon's pages to scrap lift and I have started mine (you all are fast scrappers) ... hopefully will have it up this evening. I plan on scrap-lifting the one where she went through the Panama Canal for special reasons (will tell you why when I get it done)!

Here is my layout for the challenge. Baby's First's Thanksgiving, page 1. I choose this one because I had a family photo that was landscape and a few smaller ones that I knew I was going to crop so I thought that the circles would be a perfect way to crop them. I tried to keep the diagonal look so I turned my Kiwi Lane "Wacky" template on an angle to cut the paper. I kept the background the same by using a green striped page.

Here is another page for the Scrap lift challenge. I was excited when I got Sharon to scrap lift because of this layout: LoveVSBN06 Panama Transit 1 sm by smadson - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers but I needed to get the pictures printed for it. I remember when she posted this because I was so wishing I was there … this is home to me…I was born and raised the Canal Zone! As Bob Hope said ... "Thanks for the memories!"
I went with Christmas picture of my grandbaby’s first Christmas. Tried to keep the layout pretty much the same … three photos across the top, project life cards for the title in the center and a fixed design on the designer paper except that the Santa is on the right side.
Here's my page to Scraplift Patti, Princess1971, hope that wasn't the year you were born Patti, that's the year we were married!!!!
Not identical in colour but I think I used the general idea. This was our very first time with our family to celebrate 4th July and their American friends made the special Pinata in our honour.
