Welcome to week 420 of our Mix-Ability Challenge! I'm so glad you dropped in and ready to try for the first time or try again how we do mixed-media! We strive to make mixed media approachable and fun with a little bit of stretching our comfort zone. Let's see what I've got planned for this week!
We are going to be inspired by Pop Art! Create a project that takes an aspect style from the color palette, repeatable design, or instant meaning that is highly recognizable.
Need a refresher for Pop Art? Search for it and you'll instantly recognize soup cans, cassette tapes, think black lines, and bright or primary colors. Maybe some starbursts and polka dot backgrounds might be added.

This will be a challenge for me, not my style of art so I will have to doubly focus on the style and remembering to make it MIXed. But that's all good. Thanks for the early posting, gives me time to think.
Fun - even if it didn't help me progress either of the works in progress on my desk. And I was making a big pot of leek and potato soup, so the excess potato found a good home.

I am playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking and catching up on my SCS postings.
Make a card depicts the Food Pop Art Style. Food Pop Art uses repetition; vibrant and bright colors; uniform spacing, and texture with the finished product easy to reproduce. I think my gumdrops easily fit this description.
