Challenge Title: Tell a Story Hostess: Ky {Scrapacat} Keyword: MIX406 VIEW THE GALLERY FOR THIS CHALLENGEHERE
Happy Mix-Ability day! This week's challenge is to tell a story. Don't worry, it can be a short story! November is the month where authors around the world write their 50K word novels 1667 words each day. It's called NaNoWriMo (national novel writing month), and it is now an international event! There are even forums where kids can participate.
So in honor of this literary event, I'd love to hear what narrative your project will spin. You can tell any story - pilgrims, outer space, a garden. You choose!
Remember, for your project to truly qualify as mixed media, you need to use at least 2 different types of art media. You can click HERE for a list of supplies you could choose from.
Please remember to put in the correct keyword (MIX406) when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos. Then come back to this thread and paste a link to the card in your gallery so we can all ooh and ahhh! Go forth and create!

Sounds fun. My most recent book purchase was an illustrated story with no words. I need to think, and since it's going to be dark in a little over an hour, is say it will be tomorrow before I can take a photo.

I am playing my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking and catching up on my SCS postings. This was a much needed birthday card for my oldest daughter finished in early July. She gets a unicorn on her birthday card as the mother of our little unicorn! See story in entry paragraph. My mediums are: Embossing powder, dye stamping ink, Copic markers, glitter.
