Happy Mix-Ability day! We kicked off our 6th annual Hope You Can Cling To card drive yesterday, and I'd love to just have a simple theme of HOPE guide our Mix-Ability entries this week. That makes them easy to combine with one of the HYCCT challenges, and everybody wins. Today's challenge is a perfect match - go take a peek!
You can click on any of the HYCCT challenges for the uploading instructions, the card drive guidelines, and the mailing address for your contributions.
Remember, for your project to truly qualify as mixed media, you need to use at least 2 different types of art media. You can click HERE for a list of supplies you could choose from. If you want to start these challenges in the pages of an art journal instead of a card, or on scrapbook pages, or on 3D items - please know - ANYTHING is welcome! We want you to learn and enjoy!
Please remember to put in the correct keyword (MIX140) when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos. Then come back to this thread and paste a link to the card in your gallery so we can all ooh and ahhh! Go forth and create!
I don't often participate with the mixability challenges, being a clumsy CAS crafter. However, today's mix challenge with the collage hycct challenge offered an opportunity to create something to show hope for the world.
Especially in light of the tragic events in nearby Roseburg, OR.
