i just bought 104 old SU stamp sets from Goodwill. I currently have all my wood sets in the VHS cases. Does anyone have a source for the bulk cases? I also had to order a whole new shelf to store them. But they are really nice old sets some of which Ive been looking for forever. Its a very happy development. Thanks for any help.
No source. (I wonder if they're still made? My local Salvation Army store is trying to get rid of VHS movies they have where you can get 10 for $1 as long as you buy 10. LOL)
I have my wood mounted stamps in small pizza boxes.
Thanks for your help. I ended up getting 100 new cases for 39.00 on e bay plus shipping. All my new stamps are safely in their boxes with their labels. Now I have to rearrange my craft room to fit in the new media shelves. Which makes me think I should do a purge as long as I have everything off the shelving. It’s turned into a giant project....
The Domino Effect holds true regardless of scenario - home decor, craft organization, new haircut, whatever... You must have been ecstatic to find so many wonderful stamp sets, though! Good for you!
I’m curious how you organized them. It seems like lots of my older sets would take multiple cases to store. Of course, some only had 4 stamps, but some had lots. Also curious what Goodwill charged for a set.
