Issues with stamp n storage

I have bought quite a few items from this company. I really like their items but they are not the size that they say they are. Some are and some aren't. I have several items that are 1/16" off and that makes a big difference when you are stacking their items. Has anyone else noticed this? They have even sent me replacements but they are off 1/16" as well. I thought maybe I wasn't measuring them right so I had my husband measure and he verified that they were off. At this point I am very frustrated.

We certainly share your disappointment that your items aren't the right size. More than disappointed, we're concerned about it very much! We pride ourselves on providing a modular system, and we agree completely - if they're off a little bit you lose that benefit and it doesn't look good.

So sorry you're having problems. I love this company's products. I have 12 different units from them and they stack fine. Hopefully they figure this out for you and it's not affecting many items.

I am not surprised to see that you received a reply so quickly from this terrific company. I have two cardstock units and three ink storage units and could not be happier with them. Not only have I not noticed any measurement difficulties, but they fit precisely as I expected them to.

I'm sure they will make it right for you!

Wow! I'm in awe of this GREAT response. What a way to take care of customers and show pride in your company. This kind of response really says something about the ethics and moral standards of your company. This is how you win over customers and keep them....impress them with excellent customer service. I'll definitely keep you in mind when I get to re-doing my craft room (hopefully before summer!!).

I have two units from them (ink pad storage and lock down punch storage) and I am really happy with both! Plan to order from them again.....
