    I am so sorry that I didn't answer you...but today is the first I have seen of your message. You should be able to reduce the grain(noise) but using a noise reduction filter...Photoshop has one I believe and then you might want to check to be sure the in-camera one is on.......your ISO of 200 may have played a part in the noise if you weren't able to use any flash/other lighting.
