because it was returned to me. it says it was returned because it had stamps and is more than 13 ounces and i put it in a box. I must hand it to a living breathing person. I'm so sorry. I'm going first thing in the morning. She should have it by first of next week. ( I am assuming you or her is linda wilson) I don't want to open it up and wreck it. So sorry again.
