    I can't find a tutorial in my pinterest...but this is what I did. I die cut the spiral flowers. I spritzed them with water. On a foam pad, I used a large ball sylus and pushed down on the inside of the rose. This causes the rose petal to flip out when you curl it. I let them dry then curl and glue them . I use a quilling tool to curl them. I, also, sponge then so they look natural. Good luck. If you's like to check out my pinterest for stamping techmiques, etc. It is Doreen Johnson.
