Hi, & Welcome to this week's Inspiration Challenge. This week we are headed to A pinterest board of garden fence inspiration I am currently laughing at my self because, I totally did not pay attention to the fact that I drug you all to a gardening site last month when it was my turn to host. At any rate I had seen a painted fence art that caught my eye so, this board was an ongoing collection of images of things people have done with their walls and gates and fences. I hope you enjoy poking around in this board and I am looking forward to seeing what sparks you all.
The new normal for the Inspiration challenge will be using more and more social media sites as they are already hosting the photographs being used for Inspiration. (if written permission has not been granted by the person who has taken it) Use the keyword: IC767(no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words. Include your inspiration image in the description of your project being sure to only include
How to Play View the images at Pinterest. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping! Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery post in this thread. Thanks for Joining along with us! NEED HELP GETTING A LINK TO YOUR INSPIRATION PICTURE? Since so many are having trouble grabbing the link to just one picture, please try this:
If you are unable to grab the link of your chosen picture, (on some sites, you can't, it only gives a link to the whole collection), hover over the picture in the collection that you want to link to. On a windows machine, right click the picture (on a Mac, 2 finger click). When the options come up, select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS. This link will be for that picture.
If it were not so HOT here in Austin (107 yesterday!), I'd be out painting the fence in my back yard now. Can't wait to escape to my CREATE space to work on this challenge later.

What a wonderful flower themed site! I was inspired by this path of pink tulipsand used this vintage stamp set for my card. Had a distressed green background from my stash, and added a woven ribbon border and a satin pink bow embellishment. Here's sweet bird

I was inspired by this bee fence but decided to go a bit more whimsical, use brighter colors, and make my bees smaller. I added a reverse cut for my grass and used peach/orange dotted paper for my flowers. Colored mini bckgrounds for my bees. Working on a cottage style quilt which I used for my photo backdrop. Here's thankful bee
