Hi, & Welcome to this week's Inspiration Challenge. This week we are headed to Studio KnitPinterest Boards. What caught my eye with this collection is this one with photos of the textures of the fibers.seen onthis particular board here. So, I had to laugh to my self before I started typing up this weeks throw-down because, at the time I thought of this you know its sweater weather in Oregon... since that time there have been a bunch of sweater related daily challenges. Such is life, we only share with the other hostesses of our particular challenge team what is upcoming rather than all the days across the board. Hopefully you all have one more sweater texture or idea in your studio to play with. Have fun with this, I am looking forward to see what sparks you all.
The new normal for the Inspiration challenge will be using more and more social media sites as they are already hosting the photographs being used for Inspiration. (if written permission has not been granted by the person who has taken it) Use the keyword: IC785(no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words. Include your inspiration image in the description of your project.
Use the Keyword IC785 Here is a link to theIC785 Gallery
How to Play ~View the images online in the store or Pinterest. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping! Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery post in this thread. Thanks for Joining along with us!
If you would like the chance to guest design with us, simply PM one of the IC hostesses with a site that has not been used before. If your site is selected we will send you a PM with all the details for your week as Guest Designer!
NEED HELP GETTING A LINK TO YOUR INSPIRATION PICTURE? Since so many are having trouble grabbing the link to just one picture, please try this:
If you are unable to grab the link of your chosen picture, (on some sites, you can't, it only gives a link to the whole collection), hover over the picture in the collection that you want to link to. On a windows machine, right click the picture (on a Mac, 2 finger click). When the options come up, select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS. This link will be for that picture.

What a cool site, thank you! I was inspired by the DIY Christmas Ornaments- and used a craft door image, decorating it with gems and green leaves. Also added some cardboard cutouts of a stack of presents (no porch pirates here!) and a pair of metallic snowflakes. Finished with a cardboard sentiment block with a green deer, tied with silver cord. Here's tis the season.

I'm working on my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking goal and some current challenges as well.
I found this knitted poppy flower that reminded me of Stampin’ Up’s Poppy Moments dies, and I was inspired to include Poppy flowers on my card. Here is the website link: Poppy Knitted Flowers Pattern!
