It went beyond great! I was very very pleased. We made either 4 or 5 trips in with the hand truck on Friday night and only made one trip out on Saturday carrying only 3 boxes. These shoppers were crazy, and it helped having everything priced cheap, so I didn't bring it back home. I've never seen so many SU sets in one place with all the different demo's selling stuff and then those of us who just wanted to get rid of stuff. I'd definitely do it again.

Whew, Amanda, my thoughts exactly----two-down Tuesday! I hope it gets easier. thanks for the reminder of Mother's Day! I need to address that issue also. No brain lately. Tired today. Hump day tomorrow. Keep on plugging!

Yep, I'm one of those that have to do Mother's Day cards too. At least I don't have to mail mine. DH can deliver his mom's on Saturday and I'll hand deliver my mom's on Sunday. Just have to come up with some sort of idea. Sigh....
I sent Sara an email and she is considering it. You might want to email her also! Glad you had such good responses. I should have told you to look for the set I want to get cheap......Extreme Elements! Not sure why I "need" this set...........LOL!

I am canned out! I've cut so many soda cans...they are everywhere! But there will be enough for everyone to make 2 projects as well. Problem is...the tin retains the curved shape. I tried flattening some buy leaving them under something heavy - FAIL! So, I'm not sure how to package the kits. I'll probably just bring them loose in a box and y'all can pick out a pair(s) of your choice. I also have to bring a bunch of different colors of card stock since the cans are all different colors. Oh well, it'll all work out.
Thanks for getting them all ready for us to use. I can't wait to try this out. I had some cans set aside for this and DH mashed them and thru them in recycling. He thought he was being a good boy and cleaning up. LOL
Cindy, yes, find out cost if they are selling. I want it but not that badly. LOLing here. Have not tried the cans yet.........too much elso on my plate. Sigh....................:(

Cindy, I hear ya! It is still hump day and I am worn out. Played this afternoon with some samples and decided that each person can make two purses, one in designer paper and one in cardstock. I will bring bits and pices of bling. Hope it all works. Sigh...............the pressure!:( Don't forget to check with your sellers for Extreme Elements!

You have no idea how many times i've wondered if I could stop by and pick up my own box. lol Worked on my card all morning...still don't really care for it. It's because I signed up for a die...before having an idea in mind. I can't limit my creativity like that...I know better.

Yea, I see that both Sara and Michelle D are joining us. Just don't play bingo so Michelle doesn't win (again). What fun we will have. With Sara there, I just hope we get to work on our projects, lol!
Okay, girls....I'm going to cut off this swap this morning at 10 people. Everyone will need to prepare their card/project for 9 people unless you are letting everyone make 2. If that is the case, then you'd need to prepare 18 packets.
Please arrive at the neighborhood center at 10:00. There is no need to get there prior to that, since we are a small group. We'll have plenty of time to complete everything, chat, and of course eat (what we do best).

Amanda, Dad told Mom yesterday that she should fix two pretzel salads, because he only got a small serving that was left from your house. LOL
And my huge Thirty One bag was awesome to carry over dinner and such yesterday to Mom's. I didn't match though, because the other stuff had to go into a large Aldi bag. I thought Sara might get upset if I rooted thru her bag and borrowed hers. ROFL I think I ordered another one though on the May order. They will be perfect for hauling stuff for camping.
Good morning all. Just a quick hi and letting you all know I am ready for the party! I didn't do directions............hmmmmmmmmm, not sure how to! Will have to play that one by ear. Cindy, glad your mom liked her extra toy! I am looking forward to using mine too. I love the one I already have. May save the second one for when the first one gets ragged. My cards and supplies are all packed in my new monogrammed Thirty-One organizer tote. I just have to write directions and pack my new matching mini-organizer tote with my stuff. Wow, won't I be coordinated! LOL
