Good Morning Stampers! Being as this started as our own little "stamping place" I thought I would post here again and say good morning. Yep, that's about it....Good Morning. Oh, and it's Freeday. We had a beautiful day in NC - I think it was 72 most of the day.
We are having a party later this month and I am working on the invitations. DH keeps enlarging the list, so the number of invites I need to make keeps increasing...any one want to come on down?

Last time I tried to sign on here I got a message that this site was a malware site so I was afraid to come back. I guess they got it under control. Yea for them. Whats everyone doing.
I just finished watching a tin pan band on FB and selecting my guy. Watching the Redskins lose the game......sigh. Headache inducing. Need to do some cleaning tomorrow and then maybe use my new stamps!

Angie, today is brownie Thursday..........you will be in trouble with the BIG BROWNIE if you mess up the days. I am dressed in my striped stockings and I have a huge spider on my shoulder and I am going to a party.....eat your heart out, my sox are lime green and black.........fluorescent! :rolleyes:

What is everyone up to today. Jeaneen, what is your party to celebrate? How are you liking NC?
The theme of the party was 'Celebrate your Heritage.' Everyone was to bring an appetizer or dessert and a bottle of wine representing the area of the country they were from or representing the country of their heritage or that of their ancestors. A great time was had by all. I think we had about 65 people come!
NC is awesome - just wish I could find some stamping friends! My stamping space is nearly complete (we added a dormer to the FROG - Finished Room Over Garage), hoping to get it all done and get my stuff moved in and organized when we return from our trip. You all need to plan a road trip south to come and play!!!

What time's the get together? Making the gift bag thingies? Let's see...the last thing I embroidered was a baby blanket for my Aunt who needed it for a gift. About a month ago, I guess.
Rush Limbark's medical care is consuming much of my free time now days. Today, I did cut out some papers for a cigar box. I have 2 cigar box kits ready to go. Just need to ink and adhere the papers, adhere the feet, and attach the knobs. I have a third kit partially made.
I'll be in Texas in March when my brother retires from the Marines after 25 years. We might do a road trip to San Antonio if we have time. He's about 4 hours north of there.
Texas is like another country! It is a great place to visit and we will go back (especially if DD stays there beyond her six month assignment) We only spent time in Ft Worth and San Antonio this trip.
