I know it's past July 20th, but I just found out I'll be coming to stay with my Mom next weekend in the Perry Hall/Parkville area. I'm on SCS, but she isn't. Would she be welcome, if I bring all the right shoebox items for both me & her, and sign her up independently, and each of us brings food? I don't know if she'll want to do this, but I thought I'd find out if it's still an option.
We had a shoebox swap long long ago here in Los Angeles, and never had another one since. Big boo hoo!
As well, how many cards should our shoebox make? Are all 30 of us going to have enough time to rotate around to all 30 positions?
I finished cutting and bagging yesterday now on for the directions - OH heck you all can figure it out right - you don't need any stinkin' directions do ya?
Valerie, I can answer a couple questions for you. Yes, all Stampin' Up! Stamps, cardstock , ink, accessories. Yes, we rotate through all 30 projects. The only question I can't answer is if she needs to a SCS member.
Didn't get a reply back to my PM so just wanted to make sure you still have seats for Peanut Butter Fudge Marge and Breakfast Pastries Elaine. We'll be there with bells on and all our "stuff"!
See you Saturday. If you need anything before then, let us know.

Thanks again to Andrea and Lisa for hosting another great swap. The cards were beautiful, the company great and the food, well, the food was plentiful and yummy. Hope everyone decides to go to OC in November. It's even more fun than today.
I agree! It was another great day with some beautiful cards and entertaining company. Thanks Andrea & Lisa for hosting another great event. And Laura -thanks for helping me finish up. I'm working tonight putting the rest of my cards together.

You are most welcome, Elaine. We forgot to get a group shot, though!! It was Carol's fault!
Lisa and Andrea - what do you think about a vote for the favorite card? Winner gets a door prize or free admission to next swap event?
Not a bad idea, Laura. We'll have to think about a great prize for the favorite card of the day.
Thanks, everyone, for a wonderful day. It's always a lot of work to get ready and a busy day while we're there, but you all make it so totally worth it!
In what must be some kind of miracle, I have already uploaded all of your cards to our blog. Scoot over there - lastampers.blogspot.com - and see your beautiful cards published.
Just wanted to give a big Thank You! to Lisa and Andrea for hosting the swap this Saturday! This was my first swap and it was so much fun! I know it is alot of work to set up an event like this, you guys did a great job! Thanks again, look forward to the next one!
Thank you ladies for making another swap a fun time. As Lisa pointed out, it is a lot of work but we don't mind...we get to see old friends and meet new ones. Hope to see you in Ocean City.
Ladies, Carol and I are having a Stamp a Stack, in Churchville, on October 13th. If you're available that day and interested, email me at [email protected], or reply here. Thanks!! Laura
