Tammy I am so glad that you made the decision to reschedule the swap. I had to pick up the boys from school today at 12:30 and mind you the school is only a mile or so from the house. It took me almost a half hour to get there and there were five accidents, and almost no visability. According to our local forcast for Green we are supposed to get hit with up to 12 more inches my noon tomorrow!! DH was starting to get nervous about me going since I would be heading south, since they were supposed to be getting hit harder.
The best thing is, when you decide on another date, we will all have our projects ready LOL, ditto on everyone staying safe and warm
Well, some of us will! (not pointing any fingers at Connie........... or me!)
Is everyone covered in snow this morning?? Like others are saying, since this got postponed I, too may be able to make a different date!! (crossing fingers) Everyone keep safe and warm this weekend. The only thing I don't like is both Ben and Sarah are scheduled to work from 5-midnight. Who in their right mind would take their kids out to a lasertag place when there are blizzard warnings out?? But I am sure there will be some that will. :(
Have a good weekend all. Jeff made a fire last night and popped popcorn over the fire, yum!!

took a break from scrapbooking photos of that darling grandboy of mine to make a couple more challenge cards. these two are for Darlene's OSW and Connie's bling, sparkle and shine challenges...unfortunately, I can't remember which is which, but it doesn't matter, b/c you'll look at both anyway!

MJ my nephew was supposed to go there for a birthday party that night. Silly kid thought he was still going, even up until that afternoon, as bad as it was, he thought he should still be able to go!
OK, girls... I need to know. Do we want to reschedule this for Saturday, March 22nd? I know... the day before Easter. Don't know how that works for everyone. It isn't a problem for me.
Personally, I don't have another Saturday available until May 3rd. I can use the fellowship hall at my church that day. But I know that's a ways off and I'm sure some of you don't want to wait that long.
If someone wants to take over the planning and have it sooner, that is OK with me... perfectly understandable!
Hi Tammy,
I'm afraid March 22 doesn't work for me or Sandy. She will be in N.C. and DH has medical procedures on the 19th, 20th & 21st and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving him that soon after. Sorry . . . hope we can get together somewhere along the line but now is a tough time for me. If ya'll can get together, hope you have a great time and I'll look forward to hearing all about it!
I do! I am voting for May 3rd. My little one turns 3 on the 24th, and we are having the whole family here on the 22nd for his party. Needless to say, I don't think I can squeeze in a swap too (although it is tempting to let my husband do all the work). My mom would like to come too, and the 3rd works for her. I will keep checking the thread to see what is decided!

OK, ladies! Two more days and I'm just going to call it quits! It's been 4 days, and I got 2 responses regarding rescheduling!
Does anyone want to reschedule this or not?
Tammy, sorry that doesn't work for Bria or me...but I am sure that the 3rd of May would, I know she is out of town right now but I could check with her after Sunday. It's far enough in advance that I am sure she probably doesn't have anything planned that day.
Works for me...but can we clone Connie before then?

May 3rd seems to be the concensus! I'm incredibly sorry for to anyone that can't make it that day. Take it up with Mother Nature for forcing us to cancel on March 8th!
I've wiped out the original list, and started a new one! Please post if you want to be added to the list. Deadline to register is April 23rd! That gives everyone 10 days to be ready! Thanks!
OK, I have Cindy and Katy, Darlene and Sandy, and Anita down as definites. Julie, Erin, Lynnette... please let me know if your in for sure. Your posts sound more like "yeah, that would probably work for me" but I just want a definite yay or nay before I put you down!
Darn it! Katy told me todar her choir recital is on the 3rd. So that counts us both out because I will be going to watch her, she has several solos.
Dude! First Wicked, now choir...I think music has it in for you :-(
