Heidi, I'm sorry but at this point we are full. There was only one spot left, and a friend of mine who was checking her calendar to see if she had to work that day called as I was leaving for a meeting earlier today and took the last spot. I just wasn't able to get online to update this list until now and saw your post. Please keep checking back in case we have anyone that has to cancel, and maybe some of us here can keep you posted if that happens, too!

We have found that if we don't limit the number of people, that it takes too long to get all the projects completed. The last time we had twenty people, it took 9 1/2 hours for everyone to get finished with all the projects while we were there, and that did not include set up or clean up time! Also, we may have a problem with space, if we can't get the facility we have in mind.
The only thing I can think of to allow more than the current number of people allotted is to be sure that everyone brings clear directions, enough supplies, and everything needed to complete any unfinished projects at home. The difficulty I can see with that is that someone may not have the stamp set or other equipment (such as a heat gun for embossing, etc.)
We often have people cancel before the swap starts for various reasons, would you and your friends want us to contact you if that should happen?
If you have any other ideas to avoid the problems above, PLEASE let us know, as soon as possible. We certainly want to be able to have more stampers that want to get to know one another!

I did a bulk order of 4" square, medium weight, blank white chipboard coasters. They come in packs of 90 and the cost, including the shipping to me, is $3.00 per pack. If you would like a pack, please let me know. If there are more people interested than what I already bought, I'll order again before the swap and bring them with me, that way there will not be any additional shipping to you.

OK, there have been several cancellations! There are now 4 openings available! Please post here as soon as possible to reserve a spot!
Deadline to RSVP is Friday, February 22nd! This will give everyone two full weekends to prepare their projects and to know how many they will need for everyone in attendance.
It sounds like several people are still interested in having a stamp "garage sale." If you have items you're looking to get rid of, by all means bring them along. We won't do anything formal... just set up a separate table to lay things out on. Have your name and prices on the items so anyone that's interested knows who to "deal" with!
Also, is anyone interested in having a small gift exchange? Could be hand-crafted items and/or stamping supplies. What price limit?
