I'm trying to dig myself of all the schoolwork I have and Friday will be tying up loose ends for Saturday. I can't wait for saturday to just chill, chat and create!

Hi ladies! Here is parking information for you all. I drew a very rough map, which is attached. I'll reiterate all of the info on there in case it isn't legible.
The church is located on S. Fullerton in Montclair. It takes up the entire "city block" from Plymouth to The Crescent.
There is a very small lot behind the church, accessible from Plymouth Street. The entrance to the lot is one car width wide, so please use extreme caution when entering and exiting. There are about 25-30 spaces in the back and you can park there, however I do not know how many others will be at the church on Saturday morning.
There is non-metered, no time limit street parking on Plymouth on both sides. I would highly recommend parking either on Plymouth or in the lot, if spots are available, as the entrance to the Guild Room (where we will be) is in the back by the lot.
If there are no spots available on Plymouth or in the lot, there are other options, but they are all metered or paid parking. There are about 8 metered spaces on S. Fullerton in front of the church. The Crescent also has metered spaces on the right -- you would want to circle the church if you are coming from S. Fullerton -- go down Plymouth to Trinity, make a right and another right onto The Crescent.
There are two metered lots across S. Fullerton from the church -- one basically at Plymouth and another at The Crescent.
There is also a parking garage located off S. Fullerton. The parking is reasonable -- not NYC prices -- and if there are no "free" spots left, I would opt for dropping off your things and parking in the deck.
Montclair's Parking Enforcement crew are VULTURES and I would not put it past them to be circling on Saturday. I've received many a ticket in the past dropping my kids off at preschool and they are steep tickets -- $28-40. The meters are all two hour limits, but I am unsure of how they monitor that or enforce it.
If anything doesn't make sense, please let me know.

The entrance we will be using is in the back of the church, upstairs. I will put a sign out to point you in the right direction.
There is a buzzer at the door -- please do not use it! We will prop the door open so that you can enter easily. The Guild Room is about 10 ft on the left.
There is another group (spiritual group) meeting down the hall from us and I've been asked by our Reverend to be somewhat quiet upon entering. We will be keeping the doors to the Guild Room closed until they are done meeting at 11, as they will be doing meditation, praying, etc between the library and outside garden.
I got my shoebox project prototype done. It's a cute little thing, but I'll warn you, you have to follow the printed tutorial directions. Yes, READING!

Question Michele or Cammy, your instructions say embossing has to be pre-done. I'm assuming that means dry embossing with a Big Shot or such, but just in case, does that also include wet embossing?

well what a wasted evening. my mom stopped by. needed help to make cake pops. what a big mess. and waste of my time. cake baked. icing mixed. does she read all of the recipe-NO! i told her not to melt the chocolate yet-way too early. but she does.. now pops are in my freezer. waiting to chill before dipping in chocolate. which i'll have to re melt. or start fresh. place on stick,dip, put on sprinkles,wrap. figure out how to store.
and i still have to finish up my cardfront.
good thing tomorrow is for baking my dessert,packing and sleeping!
Wow, that's an involved "favor", Gayla! I made those exactly once - lots of work!!

Well I'm taking the day off to finish up all my projects. My SB will be called "simple things". I too will bring a door prize. I've got everything in the house to make my chili except the meet & peppers so off to the supermarket later. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. I just can't seem to keep up lately. We are going to have a beautiful day safe travels for everyone.
