so, as of now with the 50 people +1 (mandy) we pre-make 26 (25 + 1 for mandy) and have 25 kits made... right??? am I thinking right??? it's the end of the week and my brain is a bit frazzled...

I opened up 5 more spots just in case there were any last minute stampers that wanted to squeeze in. I will be sending an e-mail with TONS of info to everyone this weekend. It will have final numbers, info on the rummage sale, info on the card contest, food choices, hotel suggestions with tele #'s...I should be able to answer everyones question in one place...and if I miss anything...feel free to ask.
Right now I am just waiting to have the final #'s, and then we will go from there.

With the new spots being added, can we all maybe make 30 cards or even a couple more ahead of time? Two out of the four in my group stamp kind of slow and we just won't be able to get them all done. Please let me know what the majority thinks of this.:rolleyes:

I agree with Melissa. Let us premake more cards ahead of time.
That we can just relax and enjoy the day stamping and not be in a "race" to try and get everything finished. Just my two cents... I am looking forward to meeting all of you! Elaine

Yes, this is me. I had "just the right amount of stuff" for the amount coming. Now, I'll have to do different ribbon on some of the cards because I'm going to run out. Oh, well! I guess it will just have to do. Hoping we get final numbers soon - although I am so busy between now & then I won't be able to start making & cutting before April 23 anyway!
I got an email that you received my check but I havent gotten a final count or details for the swap on the 28th. I am so excited to come and meet everyone! (I'm the "new kid on the block from Louisiana") I just want to make sure I have enough for everyone and I need the address so I can mapquest the directions so I dont get lost! LOL!

I designed my card and cut out all my cardstock yesterday!!! I am so excited! And it means that I actually will get a full night's sleep before the big day (instead of rushing around to finish at the last minute)!

Can you confirm that the rummage sale is not just for SU items, but any stamp/scrapbook product? However, if you are wanting to sell an SU item, it must be retired,

Sorry, I probably wasn't as clear as I should have been.
Anything stamping/scrapbook releated is just fine. It does not have to be SU! If you do have SU! items that you would like to sell/trade they do have to be retired items.
I hope that is a little more clear.

So I ordered a variety of subs from Jimmy John's subs, and we will order pizzas...for those that would rather have pizza or both ;). To go along with our subs and pizzas, will be a variety of chips, cookies, and candy As for drinks I got a variety of sodas and lots of bottled water.
I hope I got a little something for everyone!

quick question.....should we put our names on the back of our cards that we premade??
Tanya--Good question. I wasn't planning to do that so that a person could use the card if they wanted to...But, I'm wondering if it will be enough just to have my name/email at the 'station' where my card is (in case someone would have a question, etc.).
(now going to finish my premade cards...no procrastination here...) ;)

I want to 3rd the "THANK YOU!" I had a great time and really enjoyed myself. It was a great birthday present to myself from back in February! Lots of ideas and lots of great fun.

Mandy you did a great job! Everything was wonderful. Great food, so many wonderful door prizes, lots and lots of fun company. So many wonderful card ideas! This was such a fun event. I'm so happy my scheduled changed so I could attend.
