Hi all! I will soon be moving to the Traverse City area, (Lake Ann) and wondering if there is anyone else from that area going to the Mingle and interested in a possible carpool?
Hi Sharolyn,
I would suggest you go over to the chat thread (link is on the OP) and pose this question there -- that's were everyone is, chatting away. I know we have some west siders out there!

OMG here you gals are, I couldn't find you for the longest time. I used to subscribe to the other thread but have noticed that I haven't heard from you in eon's.. You can run but you can't hide, LOL...
Okay...check is wrote, form filled out and need to buy stamps/envies tonight before going home! Also printed off the dinner form for Saturday night and will get that check in the mail next weekend. Gotta save my money so I can order the NEW BIG SHOT from SU! hehe
Only 55 spots left and I just PMed 181 people telling them about the mini mingle and reminding them about this event and how the early bird registration is ending soon...
I want to fill up so we can start the secret sisters!
I know, Lorien, I'm anxious to get the Secret Sisters going too! SO much fun. If we don't fill up by the end of September, I think we should start it in October anyway. We could always do (2) sets of secret sisters--the group that signed up before September 15th and the group that signed up after (and start them in Dec/Jan).
SO fun!!

We are working on some special guests for the event. You are gonna love them.
I just ordered the last of the supplies for my challenge. I'm gonna start putting the materials all in little baggies. I'm going to be all ready for this with over 6 months left to go. Better than doing it at the last minute I suppose.

Oh, please don't make me wait! I've been counting the days 'til September! I look at it this way: the sooner the Secret Sister programs gets rolling, the sooner I'll get to Bay City! ;)
Thanks to all those who responded about my question regarding the Big/Little Sister part.
I would like to know, what kind of stuff do we make for our "little sister". Or do we buy stuff? Any ideas?
Thanks
Stacey
Last year it was a card twice a month. You could send a little something if you wanted. I think the reveal gift was around $10 and it could be handmade or bought or a combination.
Okay Minglers. I am filling out forms for DD and I. I am looking at when the Mingle is. Are you all staying just Friday night? Or are you staying more than one night and which nights might those be?

I am staying both nights as well. I didn't for the Birch Run Mingle and regretted having to drive home after the dinner b/c I was so tired. I expect this one will be more exhausting for me due to added responsibilities.
Time's a wasting girlies if you want to get in for the bargain price of just $40 for a spectacular SCS stamping extravaganza! So spectacular it's doubled in size from last year:mrgreen:
The hostesses of the upcoming Michigan Mingle 2009 - Lorien, Tracy, and Patty are in the process of bringing you the FIRST of the "Michigan Minglers" funhouse (nuthouse?) activities!!!
You must be registered to play in this event, which will be revealed via PM to registered attendees only!
So if you're still on the fence about attending the Mingle in March...
GET OFF THE FENCE! Get that registration into Tracy by September 20th because Invitational PM's will go out the week of the 22nd!
