Default Tutorial for Center Step Easel

I was wondering if anyone has a tutorial for creating a center step easel card. I just love this card and can't figure out how to cut and fold to create it.

Thanks in advance for any info you can offer me.

Go to the Tutorial section on this site. Type in 'Center step card' in the search box. This will 'find' the tut for this type of card.

I agree, cute card.

Yup, I did that already. They do have the center step tut there, but not one for taking the center step to the next step by making it an easel card also.

Just so clever!

You could send a PM to the gal that made the card, telling her how much you like it, and ask if she had a tutorial to go by.

I did just that, Bugga, and I got a quick response. I got her permission to share her instructions here for anyone else who might want to try it.

"It isn`t as complicated as it looks. Make a center step card and then cut a second piece for the base. Make sure you cut it long enough to run up the back of the card. You will have to put a crease in it and the tape it to the back of the card. It doesn`t fold like an easel. It is more like a tri-fold."

I tried it and it was very easy. Thank you, Jo Ann Sinclair, for the "Sinclair" fold technique.
