Default single onesie packaging?

I know several people who are expecting. They are not close friends, but still friends. I would usually just send them a congrats card rather than a baby gift. But, I was thinking it would be fun to send a single hand stamped onesie... not sure if it would be in place of a card, with a card, disguised as a card. But, I can't think of any cute, clever way to package/send it. Any ideas????

Here's a cute one: Bun in the oven

She used baby socks, but you could just as easily roll up a onesie.

Jen Tapler also made THIS ONE recently.
