Where do you find these stamps? They were used to make some awesome paper dolls in the fan club that was posted today. The samples were outstanding and I would love to make these for my granddaughters. Let me know if you have a clue of where to find these stamps.

I see I'm not alone! I was completely in awe this morning when I checked the site before work. Like the res of you I had no luck finding a good source for the stamps. Wonder if they are out of business?

Recently, I ordered a Me & Carrie Lou stamp from Violette's Art Stamps, 4604 Cleveland Heights Blvd., Lakeland, Florida 33813, telephone: 863-644-0801. They provided great service and were able to get the stamp to me in about 10 days.

Another SCSer (Jerri Kay, who lives in Florida) recommended Violette's when I inquired about the stamp for this card

I would PM the stamper that has the items posted in the DDG... I agree, they are gorgeous... I seen them earlier, copied their name when I opened up the thread about who they are.. and then searched for their gallery.. so worthy of being in the dirt pile!

Parked on Rubber is the online store that has many of the Me and Carrie Lou stamps. The catalog is online and they also have project books available.

about. She is the new dd member and her work is beyond gorgeous! I love those stamps! I did see the butterfly I want on atrs, but would love to see more of these gorgeous stamps! She had a bunch on this month's fan club
and I loved them all! They are just not anywhere on the internet in any quantity. As for Jerri Kay...all I can say is wow.....wow......and I wish I could do 1/4 as well as she does, she is awesome!

I am overwhelmed at the responses I have received with regard to the Me & Carrie Lou stamps. I'm sorry I haven't posted before now, I'm out of town and was just able to get internet access. I purchased all of the stamps from a store called Violette's, located in Lakeland, Florida. The girls there are wonderful. If you'd like to purchase these stamps, ask for Diana, she knows me. You can also PM me and I'll try to let you know which stamps were used and you can give Diana that information. Thank you all so much for your very warm comments on my projects and watercoloring. You'll be seeing many projects in the upcoming months incorporating these stamps. I'll be back home in Tampa on Tuesday.

You can purchase Me and Carrie Lou stamps from Violette's in Lakeland, Fl 863-644-0801. They carry the entire line, that's where Jeri gets hers. If they don't have it they can get it in a couple of days. Try their web site Violettes.com

I opened up the DD Gallery this morning and my jaw dropped. What beautiful work!!!!!!!!! I love it all, but am having a hard time trying to figure out what stamps are what. Since there seem to be quite a few of us looking for these, maybe it would be easier for you to just post one long list of the Me and Carrie Lou stamps you used instead of getting a whole bunch of PMs.

Hi, I'm sorry, I don't know your name. Thank you so much for your very kind comments. You have a wonderful idea there! I'll try to get on that tonight and upload the list here on this thread. I think the easiest way would be to just list each upload and list the stamps by name and item number and give Violette's number along with it. Jerri

From what I understand, she has closed her studio. She was based in Florida, but I think they are no more. You're right, they're beautiful. I have a few, wish I had more.

Carol, the artist is no longer designing these stamps, she switched to jewelry design, but Violette's carries her stamps. The owner of Violette's is a friend of the artist. Jerri... Your gorgeous work has inspired such interest in these stamps. Even though she no longer designs new stamps, are these still currently being manufactured with new inventory of the previous designs, i.e. the ones you have?

I guess I'm really asking if Violette's can continue to restock them or if there are a limited number available. Thanks for all the info and background.

Violette's can restock them or order them if they don't have it. It usually takes about a week for them to get them back and mailed to customers.

I talked to Diana at Violette's this morning about the stamps and she said that since the Me & Carrie Lou catalog is rather big, they might scan it and put it on CD so we could order the catalog that way. She said to give them a week or so and call back. They had received several calls already (thanks to Miss Jerri Kay!!!) about the stamps Jerri has used so they are well aware of the interest. But I'm not sure they realize that there are thousands of us addicts out here!!!!! Jerri, your cards are absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing the list with us. I am going to be sooooo broke!!! Where is my income tax refund when I need it!!! :>)

That's hysterical! I called this afternoon to make another order myself and they told me a girl from Texas had called with a good order. That must be you! Nancy Ruth told me she called in a big order and her credit card is burning. I told them I would just type my list and fax it to them. LOL!!!

I'm digging for more receipts to see if we can possibly get a tax refund this year! So far we're down to owning just over $100. We've only had one year EVER to pay, so this is new to me! My stamps will just have to wait a bit longer!

They do have a website, but it's not a shopping site and it pretty much just gives dates for classes.
