So I am swapping out all my Christmas stamps this year for new ones...I've had mine for awhile and they no longer bring me joy...so I am looking to get about 5 or so new sets that I can use ...what are some of your favorites right now?
I do not actually get rid of my old ones as I find that as I go along there will be something that comes out sooner or later that works with them to give them a fresh vibe. that being said, it does not stop me from buying new ones and the ones that have followed me home so far this year are:
Most of the Anita Jeram sets that Colorado Craft Co. came out with, Some loose snarky Riley & Co. sentiments, Both the Tim Holtz snarky cat sets, A couple from Trinity Stamps, Woodware & Simon Says Stamp.
oh and the Impression Obsession Norway Spruce too.
They're having a site-wide sale right now, too - 55% off all stamps and 10% off all other products. Freebies at certain totals, as well, including free shipping at $75.
If you like Nordic-looking designs, Hero Arts has some cute new ones. I, too, keep all my Christmas stuff forever. This year I added two SU! sets -- pines and religious sentiments.
I might mention that they don't have to be new releases. Just new to you right?
Therefore you might cruise the clearance sections of any companies you like-they all have them. That way you get a 2-fer-something new and not break the bank. Or Ebay CA. Save on shipping.
I also might suggest a great thing to do is cruise the gallery here. Many have their product lists for what they used. That way you see it "in action".
Give us a little help-what kind of thing do YOU like? And any techniques in particular? What about stencils or dies or just stamps? Have to be sets or singles are ok?
I notice you are in Canada which means to speaks to me of the home of Dreamerland stamps if you like very cute in the same family as say Lilly of the Valley fr England (now closed) The "storybook look".
Here in the states....from the "new" offerings...
I have a lot so I am not buying much. Which isn't to say there isn't a lot of nice things.
What I got so far was the Simon Says stamp Slimline greetings which covers a number of things including Christmas. I liked it for that as I don't want to have tons of slimline specific.
Also their BG stamp of big presents as they also are useable other times of the year.
I don't have Christmas stuff on my wishlist as I have plenty. And how many wreaths can I have?? After flowers, Christmas is my biggest stash.
Unity Stamp Company is having a site wide 55%off sale. All stamps and they just release new Christmas/Winter sets.

For the light-hearted cards, Penny Black had 'sweet sledder' and 'beaming' that I added to my collection last year, and this year from Whimsy Stamps 'Gnome for the Holidays' found its way into my stamp room.

I usually add one or two new Christmas stamps each year...this year it is Nordic Village Sugar Peas Designs, @SSS. Plus Winter Wonder from papertrey ink.

I’ve been loving Banner & Bough and Snowflake Soirée from The Greetery this year. There are so many color combos to play with that you can get variation even when doing a bunch of multiples. I also like Brilliant Baubles from Altenew.
Colorado Craft Company came out with 4 new stamp sets and 4 die cuts today for their Christmas release. I love them all!! Tempted not to buy them all!!
