I did a search and apparently I’m a search idiot because I couldn’t find anything. 🤦♀️ Has anyone ordered from scrapbooks.com? If so, how was their service?
Thanks so much!
I order from them quite a bit. They have great prices and they usually ship pretty quickly. Even during these times! FYI, I think they're having a sale coming up in the next few days for National Scrapbook Day? They had a blurb on their website about it.

I shop there a lot, and I've never had a problem. In fact, I've got some "stuff" in my cart right now, waiting for an International Scrapbooking Day sale tomorrow.
You guys are the best! I hardly ever post, but check here regularly for information. Thanks for all the quick replies and the heads up on the sale. I think I will wait and order then. Thank you again!
I've ordered a lot from them and all orders were packaged so carefully with 12x12 paper in a clear envelope with a sheet of cardboard and small items packed together in a plastic envelope.
They are A++++++++! No drama's. Total Dollfaces! One of my favorite companies. I am not affiliated or anything. I really trust them.
Last year on NSD I ordered the Jane Davenport Spellbinder's Platinum Machine. I received my order and inside of it was all these Jane Davenport dies. I thought they made a mistake. Nope, they saw my order was the same as a deluxe edition and gave me the deluxe edition. That is one of my recent stories how great they are.
I have been ordering from them for years. I try to make big orders when I do. S&H can be a bit pricey. I do buy a lot of scrapbook paper so it's really heavy to send. I understand about the S&H.
Today is NSD so they will have some great sales. Remember shipping will be delayed and insane but they keep you updated and send you notifications of what is going on.
Hope that helps.
The girls here know I don't usually give companies glowing reviews unless they deserve it.
Another Two Thumbs Up for scrapbook.com! They have a great selection, good prices and speedy shipping. When I see new stuff from different product lines on manufacturers' sites I can usually get them all from scrapbook.com and save on shipping. Can't beat one-stop shopping!

I've ordered from them a lot too, but I wait for free shipping on scrapbook paper or any heavy items. Doesn't come around enough
In fact, don't they offer free ship around 4th of July? In the summer, they have a free or reduced shipping extravaganza.

I think your right it is in the Summer they have free shipping extravaganza. I honestly don't remember when it is, lol. I know they will do $75 in free shipping every so often. Last year on NSD they offered free shipping. I know I didn't have to pay shipping for my Jane Davenport Machine.
I will make a big paper order and price in the shipping with the amount of paper I am going to get. If I ordered paper that is $1.00 but the amount of shipping for each paper would be an extra 20cents per paper I am good with that, lol. I am so dyslexic with math. Sorry if I am confused anyone. I really am dyslexic with numbers. My LSS can charge $1.75 for the same sheet of paper I can get at Scrapbook.com for say $1.00 plus twenty cents extra to send me that paper. It's a win for me.
I live in Canada and have ordered from them a few times. I've been pleased with how quickly they fill and mail out the order. Found the prices to be pretty good too.
Just placed an order with them a couple days ago. I have ordered from them many, many times. I have always found them to have a wide variety of brands, good prices, and very fast shipping.
Ordered from them several times. Good sales, never had an issue with orders. Orders come pretty fast. Have some of their proprietary double-side adhesive and it's GREAT. While they are not the cheapest when no sales are on, they do have one of the best selections. Am in the U.S.

I became a life-long customer when I purchased my Vagabond 2 from them. The day after I received it, it was on sale on their site for $30 less. I contacted them, figuring it couldn't hurt to ask. They refunded the $30 to me.
I've never had issues with them, and have been very satisfied with every order I've placed.

I love Scrapbook.com. I just ordered some paper from them and it came quickly. They are always wonderful to work with. You may pay extra for rushed shipping, but they come through. One year, I was making twenty cards Christmas cards for nurses my company works with, they got the paper there so fast. It was a last minute project that turned out incredibly well thanks to their speed. The nurses loved the cards. You can still see some of them up over a year and a half later.
So, I listened to all of you and I ordered some Distressed Oxide Inks from them. Super fast and so happy I ordered!! Thank you so much for all of your input. I will absolutely be ordering from them again!!
I am in nz and their service is the best. In lockdown i ordered from 3 craft companies in usa. Scrapbook.com order arrived in 10 days. Another arrived friday and not seen the third yet.

I am thinking most mail leaves the US on commercial flights so, with reduced flights worldwide I have seen notes that a few small crafty companies are not accepting orders to ship out of the country knowing they cannot get the boxes out yet. So, I am totally impressed you have two of your 3 orders.
( the other could be a while)
