What was your highest $ amount of any SU order you have personally had(your own personal order)??? What is the biggest $ amount that a customer has made with you, being a demo??
I am looking to make a HUGE SU order soon, and was wondering where my total would "fall".....
$400.00, my DH let me splurge with tax money. He wanted me to use more, but I felt guilty using that much. Being a demo, my largest so far has been $200.00. I have a party this Saturday and the lady is talking about $300.00.
$247.85 w/o tax and s/h :o
I am Just a customer, not a demo! And it was 5 days ago!
Anyone who spends that much money in a year NEEDS to be a demo. I'm not just kidding you about this. Do you have any idea how much money you would save even if you were your only customer?????
just a meesley 400.00 by myself and around 500.00 party. I don't have any real "big" spenders. Hubby "freaks" when I write checks for SU, he just doesn't get it!!
My personal amount was around $300.00 before I became a demo I had 2 shows a year from $500-$750 each. Since I've become a demo I think my highest show was around $600.00.
my very first ws shop that I went to I spent over $300  I went to 2 more and hosted one before I signed up myself...(at those I spent over $100). Not to mention the $100+ customer orders I put in here and there. When I signed up, I spent $250, and just recently with the start of SAB, I spent another $250! Is this what they call and addiction!!!
I just had a customer (where are you Jenn?) give me $400.00 in CASH, one week before sellabration started so that I could put her order in January 1st.
$500.00 I'm my best customer. However, I've got a friend who is hooked now and she bought $300.00 last year during sellabration. At first it was lower but she kept upping it to get more free. She plans to do the same again this year.
Once I became a demo and had my first party, I spent $500 on myself and then the customers bought $750 worth. I bought all packs of cardstock so I would have everything on hand, I believe a couple packs of markers, some inks, etc. And then I earned about $175 in free stuff. Yeah for me!!! My highest customer order was about $200.

I'm not a demo. I spent enough last year during SAB to get all the sets, so that was $200 plus. This year, I'm only spending $100, because I only really like 2 of the sets (All I Have Seen and Lexicon of Love).
I would have to say that my most ever was about $200, until this month when I ordered my kit with scrapbook add on, but I have about a $350 order I want to place when I get my kit. (so I can have all the markers and all the stamp pads, and the ink caddy, and some paper to go with it.)

My biggest order was during SAB last year. I wanted all four sets, so I used my tax refund to buy the rest of the classic pads and a couple of other things to get to the $200 mark. This year I really only want All I Have Seen and Lexicon of Love, but I guess if I find I can swing it and can order more stuff, I'll just pick another set and trade it! I like some of the samples I've seen with Paint Prints, but the set's just not my style.
I've become a huge fan of the show "Clean Sweep" and have been inspired to purge the clutter in my house. I have some things that I think could sell on eBay -- which is where I've been getting my stamp money lately! Gotta get those listings up so I can hurry up and place my order!

My biggest order was in December for 750.00. All me. Just me. I am my best customer, since I don't have any. HAHA I bought paper, accessories, The ink pads, the ink pad carrier, stamps, and more stamps. and, January 1st I just placed another 180.00 order. Somebody STOP ME! HAHAHAHAHAHA....
I'm with Rachel. I have to do a clean sweep and sell some retired stuff (and scrapbooking items I'm just not using!) to make some more $$ for July when the new catalog comes out!
My personal biggest order was just over $400 Cdn. My biggest sale to a friend was almost $1000 Cdn. My club order is always between $250 and $350 each month....this month will likely top the $400 mark...with SAB. Hopefully next month, too!!

$750 was the most I've ever spent in one shot. I was stocking up during SAB last year. I only spent that much because I knew I had a giant inheritance check coming. It sure was fun!

Hey, Debbi, maybe we could start another support group similar to the weight loss one -- we could call it Packrats Anonymous!

My highest...
My highest personal order was about $550.00 when the 04 catty came out, but for SAB I just spent $400.00 so I could get all the SAB sets and the hostess appreciation set. I love SU!
My husband would not be surprised to see that I am the "biggest spender" thus far - just over $1700 when the new catalog came out!! I am a demo - and my own best customer!
Oh gosh, I've spent $400 myself a COUPLE of times, just so I can get that quarterly incentive set from the mini catalogs!! I know you can't use it to demo after the quarter is over, but some of them I just "HAD" to have!!
If you ask my fiance, I have entirely TOO MANY stamp sets as it is...but I love them all!!
And of course, I want MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, all of you are so lucky! My husband has a fit anytime I place a SU order. And I'm a demo, I'm my best customer along with a few friends who always place orders. But I don't think I've spent over $200 on a personal order. I wish I had the money to do so.
With one income it's kinda hard. Maybe one day I will get to be so lucky.
I am really bad compared to all of you. I just signed up as a demo in Oct and spent $1000 and change on my first show, (free shipping was a big incentive) and just spent $300 so I could get all the SAB sets. For some reason I think I have to have it all!!! Is there a name for my illness? (My DH doesn't know how much I've spent, but then again it's my play money!)
I'm not a demonstrator. I spent over $400.00 when the new catalog came out, and regularly spend around $40 or $50 each month. Lately I've been having a hard time finding anything else I want in the catalog. Thank goodness for the minis!
Just stocked up on paper and odds and ends so that I could earn a SAB set. Haven't decided which one.
The biggest party I ever had was over $800.00. My demonstrator at the time was very happy!

The most I've spent is about $150. I'm not a demo. I like other companies stamps as well, but there are some things -- ink and paper -- that I try and buy only SU (I fail at that too!!). I just spent that amount and with hostess and SAB, I'm getting about 8 sets of stamps plus some reinkers. Can't complain!! I'm waiting until the new catologue comes out to make another (bigger) purchase!

Well...if we can openly admit here we're packratting.....should we be making a vow to purge by a certain date?? (Like I'd let the Clean Sweepers near my craft stuff ~ I'd punch that Peter guy if he suggested getting rid of anything!! ;) )

I don't remember how much I've bought for myself at one sitting. It usually gets broken down so DH doesn't freak out. I have a customer who spent $850 last November all by herself. I'm going to her house on January 22nd so she can make her Sell-A-Bration purchases. I love it!!!
My largest personal order was about $1500 and I just placed a $700 order for SAB. My best customer sale was $750 also placed this month for SAB.
Cathy Marie
Oh, my craft stuff is nothing compared to the rest of the junk I've got floating around. I just did a stamp purge this past fall and either sold or traded 10 sets, which amounted to about 15% or so of my collection. The yarn stash is next, although I got rid of nearly half of it when I moved to Savannah! After that will be videos and books, and once I can find an inexpensive confetti-type or crosscut shredder, I'll sort through the papers. I'm determined to have a neat and tidy bedroom and living room again without having to resort to using the attic for storage!
Thread hijack complete!

I think my very first order as a demo was about $1000 all for me! I do a $150 order at least once a month- like someone else said- it's hard for me to pick out stuff that I want now. I better slow down and just save my money for the new catalog!
I am my best and only customer right now. Caring for my elderly mom doesn't leave time to be an active demo right now, but I have an amazing husband that encourages me to order what I need to stay active. He says it's my way of having much needed "me" time. I did have a customer for awhile that ordered at least $500.00 at least twice a year---and she never used them!!! Go figure!!!
I start to save a little each month starting NOW for July!!
I have found this to be my "trick" too---I set aside $$ each month anticipating the arrival of the new catty! I have a blast spending/picking out the new stuff, knowing that I have the ca$h in hand when I am placing my order and knowing that I have saved for it all year---
My largest workshop was $1200.00 (luckily it was at my house so I was the hostess...$$$ to spend and hostess gifts!!!)
My largest amount I've spent personally was $450.00 (and it wasn't for this workshop).
My own mom spent almost $300.00 on my largest workshop. Now when any of my girlfriends have a workshop, they always invite my mom!
