Wow is it hard to get into the Winter Holiday mood
We have a beautiful sunny 70 degree day here in Nebraska. Not sure I can get into the holiday spirit to work on my Christmas cards. Its stange to have this kind of day in November. I am doing some spring cleaning that I didnt do in the spring!
Well Bonnie, we're getting about 10 inches of snow in a little over 24 hour period...I've got more Christmas spirit than I can handle! Would be very happy to send some your way! LOL!
yes, that was our winter last year! The only times I felt Christmassy was after dark, with christmas lights on and Christmas music...
Not a problem this year! As Lee-Anne mentioned, the Priairies have a lot of snow already, earlier than we've had for many years. I'm churning out Christmas cards at least! I'm really not wanting winter already but what do you do?
I'm right there with you Lee-anne and Cardmaker2. I'm in Calgary and there's no shortage of thinking about Christmas with all the snow we have. Although, being in Chinook country, the snow will most likely be all gone before Christmas and dry and brown for Christmas... :(
Bonnie, you can come up for a visit to Calgary if you need to get into the holiday mood. I'm sure Banff & Jasper have lots of snow and the ski hills will be hoping...

Same weather here in Wisconsin-about 75 degrees today...and I thought the same thing as you, Bonnie as I looked at the pile of unfinished Christmas cards on my stampin' table ;)
My husband and I went biking today and hung out at the park that is close to the trail (bicycle not motorcycle). They were putting up the HUGE Christmas light displays that people come to see from miles around. It just looked to weird to see those big Chirstmas displays and people were out jogging and walking in shorts.
We went out to eat tonight and ate on the screened in porch we love. Couldn't believe how warm it was on that porch even after dark-we didn't even have coats on. We squeezed every inch out of this beautiful day being outside as much as possible. I said WI. must be the new Florida!

No snow in the south! It's been 70 today and we traveled through TN, MO, & AR...about the same temp in all 4 states (ours included=)!
Preparing for Black Friday shopping is slowly getting me in the spirit. My crazy child is ready for the tree to go up! I am not quite that spirited yet! LOL
