Default Won a challenge 100+ days ago

So, I won a challenge > 100 days ago, and have still not received the stamps I won. I have been e-mailing the company- no response......

I try really hard to have a positive attitude and not to say negative things, but, really? And, I have not been entering any more of the company challenges because it is very frustrating to me to BEG for my prize........

There are so many stamp companies out there, why would a company treat customers in this way???

Just feeling frustrated!

Shelly

That must be so frustrating - to win and then not get your prize! I'm sorry, and I hope the company comes through for you soon.

Oh, and congrats for winning, too.

So sorry you're going through that- that's the worst! I won a couple challenges/giveaways and never received my prizes, either. Kind of turned me off to entering so now I don't really even bother.

I hope you get your stamps soon!!

Since you've already emailed them a few times, I would post on their Facebook page. That should get their attention.

If it's a company, give them a call. It's a lot harder to ignore a person on the phone than it is an email. Keep calling until you get someone who can give you an answer.

I agree, I think you should call them. It's hard to ignore someone on the phone.

Which company is it? Maybe the threat of negative publicity will get them to send you your prize!

Unfortunately, it's probably 1 person who has dropped the ball and needs a bit of a nudge to remember what they forgot.

That's so disappointing :( I had a somewhat similar situation and after repeated emails (which were all very polite) and even a FB post (which they deleted almost immediately), I rang them up - which was an overseas call for me as I am in Australia. I think they were quite stunned that I would actually call them and they were very apologetic and I got immediate action. I wasn't rude on the phone - all very polite but firmly making my point. Amazing how speaking to a person makes it real for the other side. I would definitely suggest you give it a try It's really not good enough and surely the company would want to protect their reputation (?):!:

Default Me again

It's a month later from my initial post- and I still do not have my prize. I finally got a reply to the e-mail stating that they would send the prize as soon as the office help can get to it. That was 3 weeks ago. I sent another e-mail a week ago and got the same response- I think I will follow your recommendation and call.

Has anyone else had this issue or is it just me???

I am saddened about this- reduced to beg for a prize and disappointed for the company. People who have this experience with the company may choose to never buy from them or join in the challenges.
