I was just introduced to a digital stamp company that has wonderful images including a line of Winnie-the-Pooh stamps. So darling. The company is Polka Dot Orchard. Here's a link to their home page;
If you don't have india ink as Lydia suggested, here's an excerpt from another forum thread that might be helpful:
A laser printer uses dry toner that is "set" to the paper with heat - so it won't run when it gets wet.
It probably didn't work well with watercolor paper because that paper is thick enough that the fuser didn't get hot enough to set the toner. I used to have one at work that printed fine on 80 lb cardstock, but if I tried anything heavier the toner brushed right off.
If you want to use watercolors with an inkjet image, you just need to print it out and then lightly spray it with Krylon Workable Fixatif. It will set the black outlines but not resist the watercolor.
Those are darling! They must have paid a lot of money to Disney to use those images. I hope they do well. TFS.
According to Wikipedia, the copyright in Winnie the Pooh expired last year in the USA. They are still copyright in the UK and probably Australia, though.

Original Winnie the pooh characters
by A.A. Milne are public domain. Tigger not for another 5 years.
Disney Pooh characters are licensed so no Pooh Bear with the red shirt, digital or stamps will be seen.

Yes, Disney Pooh is not the same as Original Pooh. Disney modified Pooh characters (I'm sure it's because of copyright) when they started making Pooh stories.
I have some digital Pooh papers in my (new!) Etsy store too, and digital sets and more papers to come there, as well as stamp sets and paper packs coming soon!
Tigger is in the second book, which goes into the public domain in Jan. 2024.

Dina, would you post a link to these images. I found your shop on Etsy, but only one floral digital stamp. I would love to check out your Winnie the Pooh line. Thanks.
Here is the paper pack - that store is new and a work in progress! I started filling in my early stamp sets that were previously licensed to ODBD, but there are a couple of newer things in there too. Adding a little each day
