Love it! I really need to go there more often though to step out of my comfort zone once in a while. I have plans on making that leather wallet. It's awesome!

You are SO right! I was visiting family over Christmas and my two nieces asked me to show them how to stamp and make cards. I was able to get on-line and print them step by step directions on how make some things. I left two very happy girls with their new cards.

I'm printing off some ideas for future use. I might run out of paper before I finish printing.

I think it could be one of the most wonderful resources on the internet. No matter what kind of papercrafter you are, whose stamps you use, you can always find great directions to follow on the resources page.

Me!!! It was what introduced me to SCS in the first place, at least a year before I finally registered. And I still love it and often look through it for ideas. And now the search has been fixed after ongoing problems last year, it's even better.

I recently introduced two card-making friends to SCS.
The two things I showed them were the gallery, and the resources pages. I can't tell you how excited and appreciative they were!

This whole site is 'da bomb'!! Since I was introduced to SCS almost 3 years ago I have become addicted to stamping and this site. If I want to find out how to do something, I always check the resources page and recently have been checking the forums too! Thanks to all the wonderful talented people who are so willing to share their talents and knowledge!

I visit the resource section regularly. The information always amazes me. And, I love the fact that there is often a video at the end. I have actually printed many projects and started a notebook for taking a quick look. It does takes LOTS of paper and ink! It would be great if there were a condensed version of instructions. All that being said , "whew", I truly love it.

Beate has been doing fantastic work adding videos and updating some of the tutorials too, to give them a fresher look.

Merle: did you notice that along the right hand side of the tutorial page part way down there is a link for 'print this tutorial' ? Some of them still take up a lot of paper, but that's because they are so well illustrated and the type is big enough for easy reading.

I love the resources pages. Some I follow just from the computer screen, others I print out and put in a resources binder.

I did notice that quite a few of the tutorials had been updated. At first I thought they were completely new techniques, etc. until I was filing in my binder, and discovered that some were repeats, but with new colours or images or products.

It's truly a rich resource, and many thanks to all those who have shared so generously with us.

I also find the Resources link a very good source for techniques and instructions for projects.

Those I use, I do print out and save as an MS Word document. I also print (in draft setting) them to follow easier. In an effort to conserve space, I reduce the size of the pictures to about 1.5 inch and delete the blank space between instructions. Takes a little more time, but makes them easier for me to follow .

Thanks Elaine, I do use that feature on the side. I agree, it is well illustrated. If I didn't have those, I would probably need to refer to it again anyway. I'm not all that computer savvy and didn't know if there was a way I wasn't aware of. Thanks for your input. Merle

Patti, Thanks to you for this info. I will get one of my children (or grandchildren) , to help me try it this way. In spite of my "issues" with the computer, I am truly thankful to have access to this fantastic resource and all of you helpful people. :0)

I love the resource section too. I love having the pics, and the detailed instructions. I print them for ideas. It does take a lot of ink, but they are oh so worth it. SCS is the best.

I've printed off some and now store them in a notebook folder. So I can now take them with me. Where ever I go.

I just love the information that we all share on SCS.

I love it. That's how I figure out what card I want to make next. I find a new technique I want to try, follow the easy instructions and voila I have a card that was fun to make.
