I am curious who you see as a crafting company with some of the best customer service? I am always looking for more companies that stand by their product and provide excellent customer service. My top five would have to be:
1. BossKut - not only do they have wonderful customer service, but their tech support for the Gazelle is literally the best tech support I have ever needed for any electronic I own - and that's saying something. To say the least, they go way above and way beyond what you would ever expect.
2. Gina K Designs - her customer service is incredible, and only shadowed by her amazing products.
3. Anchor Paper - wonderful, wonderful customer service, some of the best paper products around at fantastic prices (they have THE BEST price on shimmer paper!) and they always help find exactly what I need!
4. Scrap-Mart has great customer service and are always willing to help me out.
5. Crop Stop - again, always trying their hardest!
Stampin Up - will always fix problems asap no questions asked
My Favourite Things - never had a problem, go out of their way to help
Crop and Stick - went wayyyyyy out of their way to fix my ATG problem when Scotch wouldn't.
I'll leave it at that .. not that I haven't had good service from other places but I don't shop at too many stores and these three have always been above and beyond great.
Well, I have to vote for PTI. Earlier this year, when I had the flu, I decided to put some of my new sets together. Unfortunately, while removing a stamp from the acetate, I sneezed violently and managed to tear a sentiment stamp in half. I contacted PTI, asking about purchasing a replacement, and they actually sent me one at absolutely no cost (not even shipping). So, for my money, it's PTI.
My top places are...Stamping Up, Gina K., Unity Stamp Co., and Flourishes. There are several others that I order from, but thougt I would keep the list short.
The best company that I have ever dealt with in my 9+ years of scrapbooking and stamping is, without a doubt, Hero Arts. When I discovered that I had bought a defective stamp, not only did they replace it in 2 days without any charge at all, but they sent 2 letters of apology for allowing a defective product to get by them. They also apologized for the possibility that their error had caused me to ruin any of my projects. Another company that has great customer service is Brenda Walton (not K & Co., but the artist's company). She and her husband are 2 of the nicest people you'd ever want to deal with.
I'm not a huge online order person, but I've got to give a HUGE vote for Hambo stamps. Great quality stamps, great prices, shipping charged is exactly what it costs them to mail the package, and unbelievably fast service. I've e-mailed them an order for a shipping quote on a weekend when I "knew" they wouldn't be working and still had a shipping quote within 1/2 hour.
Stampin Up - I like the demo aspect - especially that I have a great one
Taylored Expressions - great customer service and fast shipping - I placed an order around 11 pm this past Wednesday, and I received it Saturday.
Best for personal service are local stores (one near me; the other two in a different part of Michigan near where my mom lives)
I've only had one really bad experience ordering online - this particular store doesn't show out-of-stock items when you place an order, so you don't know you're not getting something until your order arrives - then it took about 4 months for me to get the backordered product (just showed up in the mail - with no communication from them).
Waltzingmouse - Claire is awesome. I had a defective stamp and she replaced it with lightening speed and sent a few little extras. Over and above what I expected.
American Crafts- I had some defective rub ons, they answered the email promptly and sent two replacements right away, free of any charge.
Papertrey Ink- I order from them almost monthly and I am always happy with their service and quality of their products. Even though they have had some issues lately I would still recommend them without hesitation.
In the UK: Joanna Sheen is super quick with good prices and free postage worldwide.
My favourite US supplier is Stampers Dream. I'm keen on JustRite Stamps and Michelle gives wonderful service with very good postage rates - it's cheaper for me (and months quicker) to order them from her than from any English supplier.

I've been really happy with Our Daily Bread Designs. Shipping is very fast, imo. About a year ago, I placed an order, and received the wrong sets. I e-mailed Kelley, and she sent me the correct ones - and told me to keep the other ones, free of charge!
I just want to put my 2 cents in for Ellen Hutson. Always ship fast and with a hand made 'thank you' note. Such a nice touch! In fact, I emailed them concerning the ribbon with their 'thank you' note. Received immediate friendly response. I ended up ordering a bunch of ribbon!! Her newsletters and blogs are terrific as well.
I'd also like to add that I'm always impressed how much Gina K. is involved on SCS while running her company. She's always very helpful. Plus, its refreshing to see the business point of view on some topics as opposed to strictly a consumer one.

In no particular order: PTI, Mark's Finest Papers, Impress Rubber Stamps, Bonnie's Best Art Tools, and locally, The Enchanted Cottage.

By far the top ones for me are Gina K, Our daily bread and Ellen Hutson. I have bought from these for almost 2 years and they have the best customer service.

I am going to have to say Stamping bella. Emily, Helen and Dena are simply the best when it comes to customer service. Not only is the service great, there stamps designs are amazing. You can check them out at Stamping Bella - Rubber Stamps, Scrapbooking, and Stamping Supplies
Hero Arts: When I first started really stamping about 7 years ago, I purchased a set of four from them. I never could get a clean impression from one, and I chalked it up to inexperience. Last year, I really had a look at it and realized that the rubber was actually flawed so I contacted them, and they apologized, stating that since the set is no longer manufactured, I could choose any one I like of similar value and they would send it to me.
I also have had great support from Quickutz silhouette.
I have had very few bad experiences- those that go over and above when I have needed it are
hero arts and gina k. Luckily I have not had issues with others so I haven't really needed the customer service side of things

This question is difficult to answer because unless I had an issue or problem, I would not have contacted customer service in the first place.
I order from PTI and GKD and have never had to contact customer service because I've not experienced any problems. So I would say their customer service/customer care is excellent.
I have contacted Hero Arts once because a brand new clear stamp was not giving me a full impression. They had excellent service and immediately took care of the problem.
There are other stamp companies that fix the problem immediately but I've had to contact them on several different occasions when there was an issue with the order. Yes, their reactive customer service was great but their proactive customer care not so much.
Another vote for Waltzingmouse! I may not have bought a bunch from her, but she is absolutely wonderful! She has fixed my one problem...quickly...and that is with overseas shipping. When my budget will allow, I will go to her store again and again!
I am adding to the comments about Hero Arts- they make a great product and are responsive to issues.
Also, Impress Rubber Stamps. Their in-store staff was not super friendly( at least not when I visited) but their on-line store is great to work with.
Gina K. is my fave. I even got a personal phone call from her concerning my order once because she wanted to get my order out asap rather than wait for email correspondence. She's just awesome. Luckily I haven't had that many dealings with customer service, but the vast majority I did have to deal with have been excellent.
Isn't it wonderful that there are so many companies with such good customer service!?
A key for me is when I think about the service I've had in the past, do I have any reservations at all about ordering from them again. Of all the companies I've ordered from, the first companies that I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with and would without hesitation order from again are:
Purple Onion Designs
Gina K
Above the Mark
Eat Cake Graphics
and an online site that carries tons of companies Addicted to Rubber Stamps
I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with each of those - fast response to any questions, fast delivery, ease of ordering, just wonderful to work with all around.
I have never had trouble with any company, really.
My votes for the stand-out spots are: Waltzingmouse Stamps, Ellen Hutson and Crafty Secrets. Lightning fast service from all three and very helpful, too.

Another vote for Ellen Hutson. Fast shipping, free gift, and a sweet thank you note in every box. Love them!
I've also been very happy with everything I've ever bought from Gina K. Great product and super fast!
River City Stamps is also one of my top companies. I love their retro products, frequent sales, and their staff (specifically Erin) is super diligent in responding to emails and taking care of any issues.
