Do you have a nursing home or senior center nearby? Our local nursing homes gladly accept craft items (as well as magazines, clothing, Christmas decorations, and lots of other stuff too).

Local school art department. Some of the advanced students do very individualized work and are always looking for unique supplies.

Or try Freecycle.org - I'm sure there is someone who will take it!

I donate my extra craft supplies to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation Schools. The children live in poverty conditions and really appreciate all the new supplies that are donated.

Here's a link with info:

If you're still looking for a place to donate, might I suggest your local woman's shelter? They are always looking for craft items that the women and children can work together with.

Merry Christmas
