I will be 39 this year. WOW I remember when I was 23 I dated a guy that was almost 40 and thought he was so OLD - course that was what I was going for, LOL, but still I can't believe that I am almost 40 now -

I made it! Dec 2006-July 2007!
My nonstamping, weight-loss blog sort of.
27... i'll be 28 in August.. I still get carded and I hate it... One day I hope it will flatter me, but for now, please don't tell me that I look under 21.
I can answer this exactly the same as you did!!!! My Bday is Aug 22. I get carded when I have my 7 yr old DD with me!! I am like, are you serious?????
I would have been pregnant when I was 11!
I am really enjoying this age!! I have 2 little girls and a GREAT hubby. I really didnt to know what to expect as I started to become a big girl;) . BUT I do have to say I LOVE IT!! It is soo great to have my own place and make my own desicions. I am looking forward to whats ahead!
Since I'm 4 years younger than my DH, I tell people I will always be his much younger wife! 46 right now, and not minding it a bit. Ask me how I feel after the June birthday.

I remember the days when I felt like that! It will change!
Hmm... isn't it bad enough that I had to click "41-50", knowing that this will be my LAST year in that category!!? NOW, I must say the words "I'll be FIVE OH in April"? >sigh< Believe me.... that seems SO strange to 'say' that!!
I like KathT's second list better!!
I would have to say I fall in this range: "SCS is awesome (30-40)"
So... I guess that means, in SCS years..... I'll be THREE OH this April!
OH.... I feel better already!
I must be the real "oldie" of the group. Suffice it to say I am subtracting years now...sigh. Put another way, I'll turn 39 for the 29th year in a row at the end of the month. My kids think I was born in the dark ages - before TV, computers, etc. At any rate, I don't let age bother me. I'm still working full time and enjoying every minute of it (except when the alarm goes off at 5 - then I utter a few rude words before getting up), and I am having a great time.
I will be 52 this year! I have 5 kids from 24 -30 and then a 15 year old that is still at home. I also have 4 grandkids with another on the way. My best friends are 32 & 34 - and my oldest friend is 45. I think that me having my last baby later in life has kept me "young". People are age were winding down and here we were getting our second wind and starting all over again!
I want some of you YOUNGER people to know that there are others that have answered this Thread alot older than you. There are comments from us "older" ones (including myself) that say(using myself as the example), "I'm 51 but I feel like I'm 30! I want you to know that when we say that, we are not kidding! That's the sad part of aging, INSIDE you are still the same person you were in your 20's or 30's - still like your favorite movies, still can sing (and dance) to all the same music (and remember many of the words). I like swimming & bicycling - I still do. I'm from the 70's and I'm true blue - that is in keeping with style wearing jeans 99% of the time, etc. But the downfall is that we are aging on the outside and fatigue begins creeping in. I guess I wanted to say this because years ago my mom had explained it to me - how she felt like inside she was still 30.......but felt almost trapped as her body, then at 75, was telling her otherwise as she could no longer do so many of the physical things - having to give them up bit by bit through aging.
SO......enjoy life...whether you're 30 or 60! And remember.........some of
us OLDER people are a LOT younger than you think!
Great advice Terri! It's so true; my DD's 24 yo BF told her he thought it was funny that he & I liked a lot of the same music (alternative rock) and my mother, who turned 76 this year, told me a couple of years ago that she'd thinks she should stop going on the roller coasters when we go to Disney, not because she didn't love it anymore, but because she THINKS she's too old!!! You're as young as you feel!

I will be the big "50" at the end of May! My 18 year old son will graduate so told him we can just combine our parties!! Don't think he is going for that!! LOL!!

So far I have you all beat. I will be 68 in October and I plan to be stamping for a long time to come. Actually, it will be a really long time if I am going to use everything I have stuffed in my stamping room.
Looks like several of us SCS'rs are turning the big "half century" this year. Me too I will be 50 two weeks from today - yikes! Actually, I don't really mind, I just thought I would have it more "together" by 50. I guess I'm as together as I need to be!

Well, I'm up to speed at 55. No wonder I love coming to this site. You gals are all so young and fun!!! Why do the years seem to fly after 35???? Now years seem like months to me!!! OK, I guess I have a few dead brain cells from the gray hairs popping up!!!

Just turned 48 on Jan 10th. Totally only feel 30, tho! I have only been stamping since the summer of '05, and I think it has added years to my life, altho I will probably not be able to afford living longer with all the $$ I am spending!
56 here until April. Age is something we can't do anything about so I'm loving it! Hope you all get to be our age someday because I'm sure glad to be here!
